Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be received in writing 48 hrs. prior to departure date. Cancellations received after the 48 hr. deadline will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hrs. before the departure date incur loss of all monies. Any tour not used and not cancelled will be charged the full price of the tour. All bookings under the 4 person minimum are subject to a 25% surcharge. All taxes and fees apply. Unless otherwise specified, minimum participant age is three years. To confirm your adventure with payment of a deposit, just click the "Pay Deposit" button. You can then easily pay the deposit with our secure online system using PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to use the system. Important: To secure a time slot for your trip, and to ensure your reservation is confirmed, call Sierra Adventures at 866-323-8928 no later than 48 hrs. before your reservation date. By clicking on the "Pay Deposit" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy set forth by Sierra Adventures.
