Qualified agents have the option of booking cash on delivery or thirty days net. Simply fax a completed voucher information sheet with a computer generated reservation form to 775-323-5698. Any faxes received later than twelve hours before an activity departure will be bumped to the next available day. Charge the client our "Packaged Rate" from the spread sheets. Apply the difference between the "packaged rate and voucher rate" as a non-refudable retainer. Add the deposit to any resale proceeds. The voucher amount (your cost) can be paid by you or the client with cash or credit card any time before the adventure shuttle departs. We are happy to set up a net thirty account contract by a simple phone call. We will fax your accounts payable an invoice to reconcil each month.
